Title of Work: Love your Local Environment

The group has created artwork for the newly developed outdoor space within the Men's Shed site. Utilising various techniques including cyanotype, block printmaking and collage, the project was inspired by the birds, flora and fauna present in the local environment. The resulting artwork has been transferred onto aluminium sheet so that it could be distributed throughout the outdoor space as a form of nature trail. This project will serve as an educational tool for years to come as the site develops and welcomes young and old to discover and learn from the environment. The artwork is a legacy for the local community.
