Title of Work: A Cupful of Tales
Facilitating Artist: Grainne Kielty
In Ireland we have a strong oral tradition of passing on tales and stories from one generation to the next. Arts Care artist Grainne Kielty has interpreted the theme to deliver an eight week programme entitled ‘A Cupful of Tales’ – when do you chat, when do you tell your stories, is it over a cup of tea?
This wonderful creative programme will use felt making, embroidery, textiles and chat to create meaningful beautiful art work with a Tale to Tell.
