I have been working in the CDU department at the Royal Hospital for over 8 years, it has been a very difficult year due to covid 19 but I have been proud being a key worker, as our department is responsible for the sterilisation of the surgical instruments for theatres and other clinics. The department is important as it is needed to keep these services running in all circumstances. I use photography as a stress release. It is great the exhibition is still running as it can give staff a chance to still show their talent despite what they have all been through.
