I have worked as a Midwife for the past 35 years, in Delivery Suite for 30 of those years. It has been a privilege to have provided care to women and their families and although we have faced new challenges during the current pandemic we have adapted and embraced new working practices to ensure the highest standard of individualized care. I am very proud of the multidisciplinary team I work with.
I completed this art work a number of years ago. I love the colours and find it thoughtful and memory provoking. Particularly significant during the current pandemic as it reminds me of the difficult and dark times we have encountered but that we can now see a vision of light that signals progression to better times
